  1. To the family of Betty West my deepest sympathy to all…Betty was a good friend of my Grandparents Jose and Frances Arellano who lived next door to another friend of hers’Marge and Vince Russick on East 9th street. I had the oppurtunity also too be Bettys’ letter carrrier and enjoyed the little chats we had when I would show up with her mail. She was a gentle woman and was always eager to come out and share a few short words with myself.I know if my Grandparents were still alive they would have wanted to share their condolences as well. May Betty rest in peace and her memory live on. from David Jiron and the late Jose and Frances Arellano and Family
