Bernard Henry Bieker

Bernard H. Bieker, 60, passed away June 4, 2001. Survived by his wife, Mona K. Bieker, of the family home; mother, Dorothy Bieker; children, Todd Bieker, David Bieker, and Leslie (Tim) Holcomb, all of Pueblo; honorary daughter, Leana Leffler; siblings, Jerry Bieker, John Bieker, Floyd Bieker, Hermenia Grey, Betty Buck, Helen Bieker; and special brother-in-law, Joe Buck. Also survived by grandchildren, Kyle Sparks, Stephanie Bieker and Sarrah Bieker; and close friend, John Anderson. Born, January 31, 1941, in Fort Smith, Arkansas and was a longtime Pueblo resident, retiring as an engine foreman for the Santa Fe Railroad. There will be no viewing. Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 7, 2001 in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel, with the Reverend Father Ervin Schmidt officiating. Private entombment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of food and flowers, those who desire may make memorials to the American Cancer Society for cancer research or the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, through the funeral home.
