Bennie M. Termer, 74, born May 4, 1937, in Rocky Ford, Colo., and passed away Nov. 6, 2011, in Pueblo. Survived by his children, Kibbie Balsick of Pueblo, Carrie (Kyle) Baker of Rockaway, N.J. and Cami (Tom) Bregar of Pueblo; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Carol Termer on Oct. 11, 2003 and son, Michael Termer in 1984.
There will be no viewing. Service, 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel with the Rev. Dr. David Chambers officiating. Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery in Rocky Ford. In lieu of food and flowers, memorials may be made to Joni Fair Hospice House through Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors, 1317 N. Main St., Pueblo, CO 81003. I worked with Bennie at Walmart in Lajunta in the electronics dept.He was a special and wonderful person(very few of them in this world). My daughter, Leslie and her family and my son, Lee and his family sent our condolences to Bennie’s family.I have so many funny stories to tell about Bennie when I was working with him. It would be hard to tell them all in a short sentence. He was a lot of fun to work with. I was so grateful to him as he helped me thru a tough time and keep my hopes up. Doris Grasmick

Ben was a dear friend. We worked together at Montgomery Wards and later for me at Fisher Montgomery Ward Catalog Agency. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. He had an uncany sense of humor. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
