Arta F. Booth, 107, passed away April 19, 2012. Survived by her children, Barbara Bohman and Richard A. (Barbara) Booth, both of Pueblo; grandchildren, Paula Anselmo, Karl (Jeanne) Bohman, Kurt (Lisa) Bohman, Sheryl (Jim) Tapia and Eric Booth; and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her siblings, Olive MacFarlane and Theodore 'Ted' Buck; and great-grandson, Augie Anselmo. Arta was born to Philo and Kuce Buck on Jan. 30, 1905, in Rocky Ford, Colo. She was a 1924 graduate of Pueblo Centennial High School. She worked as an appraiser/buyer for Fisher Jewelry from 1924 to 1955 and from 1955 to 1995 at Harding Bulloch, where she retired at the age of 90. Arta did her own yard work until she was 101. In 2008, she was the Colorado State Fair Silver Queen. A member of First Methodist Church, 85 year member of DAR Arkansas Valley Chapter and 65 year member of Adah Chapter #34 OES. Private burial, Valley View Cemetery, Rocky Ford. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012, at First Methodist Church, 11th and Court, with the Rev. Dr. Rick Calhoun officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Methodist Church, 310 W. 11th St., Pueblo, CO 81003. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com
