Anthony Edward 'Ed' Vigil was reunited with his wife in heaven on his 75th birthday, Feb. 20, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice 'Pat' Vigil; mother, Delce Vigil; brother, Juan 'Billy' Vigil; fishing buddy, Jerry Alarid; and several brothers- and sisters-in-law. He is survived by his daughter, Ava (Jorge) Aguirre; brother, Gasper Vigil; sisters-in-law, Barbara Vigil, Clorinda Arguello and Loyola (Juan) Sandoval; along with numerous nieces, nephews, Godchildren, cousins and friends. He served in the U.S Army 1st Brigade, 27th Infantry. Ed loved fishing, especially with his nephew, Chad. He was an avid Broncos and Rockies fan. Viewing from 6 to 7 p.m. followed by the Rosary at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel, 1317 N. Main.     Longing to be with you today. Sending love and prayers for all who will miss him so much. I think we’re all finding comfort in knowing that he’s at rest in the arms of Jesus with his beautiful wife Bea at his side and his sweet mom with them.
