Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. What a senseless tragedy. Though I had never met Annette or her family I sympathize with you at this difficult time. Cherish the memories of your mother, and take care of each other. You are not alone, many have suffered heartache over the loss of this beautiful lady. Stay strong…and continue to make your mother proud..

  2. All our prayers go to Annette and the family, we will miss her smiling face and her way. She was a beautiful person, may god bless the family in this time of need.

  3. We are so sorry for all of the family, and I think we are also still in disbelieve that this could have happened to Annette. She, as you all are aware of, was a wonderful, beautiful, and very enthusiatic woman inside and out. We just recently moved to Grand Junction, so we couldn’t make down for the services, the boys wanted me to tell you, Brandon, Justin, and Christian, how sorry they are for you guys, and we are going to try to come down to Pueblo over Christmas break, they really want to see you guys then. You sure can have some peace in knowing that your mom is now and will always be looking over you guys, and with you in your hearts. I wish there was more we could say or do to help, but know you are all in our thoughts (every day) and our prayers. God Bless you, and we will surely miss that wonderful mom of yours.

  4. i offer love and peace and my condolences to annette’s mother patricia, sister alicia, and three sons brandon, justin and christian and of course everyone in her family. annette was a beautiful woman and had a wonderful energy about her. i miss her. i shed tears because she has been taken from the world so soon.

  5. ~I knew Annette when she was in high school; my sister and she were cheerleaders together at Central High School(Pueblo). I remember seeing Annette at the try-outs; she first of all was bright in beauty and in spirit; and she sliiped and fell on the way out to do her routine. She got right back up and did an awesome routine. And she made it! It was obvious to the judges and to all of us–this girl had spirit. My sister and Annette hung out together until they left high school and both went on to have families, etc.
I left Pueblo too and heard here in GJ what happened. My family is still in shock–how could this happen to her? We can’t understand such a profound tragedy. My peace is that the Lord understands what we can’t see. I pray her sons grow up with the realization of their legacy:a mother who LIVED for them….and remember her perserverence and drive–just as she did at those cheerleader tryouts. What a great loss.
YOU will be greatly missed, Dear Annette. You are forever beautiful.

  6. Pat,
You and your family are in our prayers at this time. Our grandson
played with the Mustangs for a season, we were unaware that Annette was your daughter.

  7. We are extremely saddened by the loss of Annette. She meant so much to all of the kids and parents in the Pueblo Youth Hockey Association. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with the boys. May god bless and comfort you in your time of sorrow.

  8. Dear Family & Milburger Family,
I did not know Annette personally, but I did know her ex-spouse and mother-in-law Kathy. There are not enough workds to say how tragic and how sorry I am for you, and of course her children. God will take care of her, and guide you on this journey with courage.

    Please extend this to all.
    God Bless you.

  9. Dear family of Annette,
I first heard of the terrible occurance Monday. I did not want to believe it was Annette, I thought there must be many Martinez in this city surely it wasn’t her. My denial carried through untill Thursday when I recieved information confirming my worst fears.
What a wonderful person she was! My heart aches for you all. I have given a free month on the storage. The reciept is mailed and will give a donation thru Wells Fargo for the children.
    God Bless you all.
