Ana Maria Aldecocea, 86, passed away March 1, 2012. Survived by her son, Gonzalo Aldecocea, and daughter, Mari Ahmadi; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium. Memorial Mass, 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at St. Mary Church, 217 E. Mesa Ave., with the Rev. Fr. Ben Bacino as celebrant. Special thank you to Sangre de Cristo Hospice. In lieu of flowers and food, memorials may be made to PAWS for Life through the funeral home. Online condolences, www.montgomerysteward.com

She sewed so many beautiful things for Mari. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Mari and catch up on old times.Will keep trying. Hope all is well with you now.
