Alvin L. Orr

Alvin L. Orr, 91, passed away April 16, 2023. Survived by his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Robert) Meyer, Chellise (Chancy) Keller and Tyler Orr; great-grandchildren, Vitanni and Katelini Cochrane; special friend, Kathi Musso; other family and friends. Preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Orr; sons, Mark and David Orr; parents, Orville and Marguerite Orr.
Al was born April 11, 1932, in Garden City, Missouri. He served his country proudly in the US Navy. He worked at Rocky Ford Chamber of Commerce, Pueblo Chamber of Commerce and Westburne Supply Company. He served on the committee for the recommissioning of the USS Pueblo. He was also a member of the BPO Elks, Lodge #90. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at First Congregational UCC, 228 W. Evans. Memorials may be made to the church.
