Alfred F. Valliant, 85, passed away Nov. 19, 2008, in Pueblo, Colo. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Hope Christene Valliant. Survived by his sons, Alan Gene Valliant and Franklin Valliant of Pueblo; sisters-in-law, Jessie Bennett, Joy Bennett and Mollie Bruner of Oklahoma, Eva Ruth Morris and Patricia Richardson of Texas. Alfred was born to Bertha and William Valliant on Dec. 31, 1922, in Westover, Texas. He managed Treasure Island Liquors for many years. At his request, there will be no viewing or services.
