Alberta 'Peach' (Mackey) Sellers peacefully passed away from this life into the presence of her Lord on Aug. 3, 2011, at the age of 84. Alberta was born March 9, 1927, in Rome, Mo., to Lee and Jewell (Ritchie) Mackey. Married to Leon Sellers on April 7, 1943, and they had 68 blessed years together.
Alberta was a very creative and talented artist, showing her work while traveling through many states in their RV. She also loved her Colorado mountains.
Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lawrence and Willard; and infant brother, Neal. Survived by husband, Leon; daughter, Pamela (Stanley) Erjavec; sisters, Wanda, Ann and Bonnie; brothers, Bill, Larry and Glenn, all of Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
At her request no viewing or services. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
