I did not, personally, know Mr. Sipes but his son is my Pastor. Knowing Richard Sipes, makes me know that his Dad had a powerful influence on his life. He raised a Godly man and all that I have heard is a great testimony of Jerry’s Life. Prayers for healing and sharing my love and prayers.
