Mary Elizabeth Critchett, 70, passed away Jan. 1, 2015. Survived by her daughter, Catherine (Jim) Sajbel; son, Greg (Amy) Critchett; and grandchildren, Sara (Jeremiah) and Jimmy Sajbel. Preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Katherine Newkirk, Elizabeth and Andrew Conder; parents-in-law, Hugh and Edith Critchett; and great-grandbaby, Brock Benjamin. Born June 24, 1944, in Pueblo Colorado. Mary Beth was a successful realtor for Jones-Healy and Bill Ludwig. She also worked at Daher/Hildebrand Insurance Agencies while she was attaining her degree in Biology. Upon graduation, she was a very devoted educator- sharing her enthusiasm for Science and Mathematics with her students. Mary Beth loved spending time with her family. She was an amazing cook, had a knack for solving puzzles, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She had a never-ending thirst for knowledge. Mary Beth had a deep relationship with God, found comfort in His word, and is now with Him forever. Rosary, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, and funeral service, 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, both in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
