Arthur D. Spafford, 81, born March 8, 1923, in Baltimore, Md., passed away March 2, 2005, in Pueblo West, Colo. He is survived by his wife, Frances Kikuyo Spafford; and niece, Pat (Marty) Jones of Baltimore. Arthur served in the U.S. Army during WWII, Korean and Vietnam wars. He retired from the army after 30 years of service. Viewing Friday, March 4, 2005, at Montgomery & Steward Funeral Directors from 2 to 4:30 p.m. There will be no service.
