Born in: Pueblo, Colorado
Resided in: Pueblo, Colorado

Rebecca “Becky” Louise Asbury, 83, passed away peacefully, enveloped by the love of her family on September 5, 2026. Survived by her children, Shelly (Jim) Provost, Mike (Amber) Asbury, Lisa Asbury, and Amy (Chad) Clark; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren (with two on the way); and sister, Peggy (Fred) Wuertele and their family; and four loving sisters-in-law and their families.

Becky was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Henry “Hank” Asbury; parents, Viola (Morris) Butler and Robert McMichael; sister, Sammie Gonzales; and great-granddaughters, Alexus Asbury and Paislee Hall.

Becky was born December 7, 1942, in Pueblo. She loved her work and friendships made as an administrative assistant at REMAX of Pueblo. Becky retired in 1990 to enjoy the mountain life she and Hank made in Rye, Colorado. She and Hank thrived in their retirement years, spending time with their big, noisy family, enjoying the grandkid’s sporting and school events, camping and fishing, traveling, and watching the Broncos. Becky also loved cooking and baking, sewing/quilting, decorating, and redecorating. She made friends throughout her life, too numerous to count, that were like family.

Special gratitude to Primrose Retirement and Assisted Living staff and residents and Abode Hospice for the loving and compassionate care and special friendships made.
