  1. So sorry to hear of the loss of Randy. Sympathies and condolences to the family in your loss. Prayers for the entire family.

  2. CandleImage**In Memory of Randy**

Although I did not have the opportunity to know Randy as well as I would have liked, I will always be grateful he gave me an opportunity at Philips during a time when I was having difficulty finding work.

In the brief time I knew Randy, I developed a tremendous amount of respect for him. He was a true supervisor and leader—someone who genuinely believed in and supported his work family and putting people first. I especially admired his calm demeanor during difficult times and his willingness to step forward and help others whenever he was needed.

Randy made a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him, and his presence will be deeply missed by his Philips work family.

To Kristal and the entire family, please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences. My prayers are with you during this incredibly difficult time. I pray that you find peace, comfort, healing, and strength as you move forward and hold close the memories you shared with Randy.

Please know that if you ever need anything—whether it is emotional support, a helping hand, or assistance with home projects—do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be honored to help in any way we can.

May Randy’s memory be a blessing, and may you and your family find peace, comfort, and healing in the days ahead.

  3. Randy was such an awesome person to work with and be around. I’m sorry I didn’t keep in touch much after I moved to Florida. I’m so sorry for everyone’s loss and I wish I could be there today.

  4. CandleImageTo Randy’s Wife, Daughter, Parents and Family. I’m truly sorry for your loss. If ever there was a time to hold on to your Faith, this is one of those times. I’d like to express my sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers. God bless all of you, now and always. 🙏

I met Randy last year when he interviewed me for a job. By the time the interview was over, and I found out that I got the job, I knew that I was going to like working for him. He was very supportive and made me feel welcomed. Although I only worked for him for 7 months, I respected him and held him in high regards. It was an honor and a privilege to know him and work with him.

  5. CandleImageRandy was a awesome guy and one of the nicest I have met. He was always enjoyable to work with. Prayers to all the family members

  6. The minute I met Randy I felt I knew him all my life. We became friends immediately and I’m so grateful, truly, that he came into my world. He was smart, process improvement oriented, darn witty, funny, really funny, and caring – especially for you Kristal and Isla. I know this to be true. I’ll miss him.

  7. Thoughts and Prayers to the families during this difficult time.

  8. CandleImageIsla,

Your father was a close childhood friend of our children. One child is a square peg in a world of round holes, and Randy’s friendship was a true gift to our family. Your father was a good man with a giving heart. There are a lot of memories, and plenty of broker objects, from those times. One memory is on a shuttle bus in Disney World. The Bretton Wood song “Gimme A Little Sign” started playing. Randy not only knew the words by heart, he was singing it for all of us. I can’t say he had the greatest voice but he definitely had the rhythm down. He seemed to enjoy Motown and the “oldies” that Brenda and Glen played at home.

  9. CandleImageBrenda and Glen: f couldn’t imagine the loss of one of our children. Grief goes to our depths, to a place that none of us can truly share. There is a beautiful line that Anne Frank wrote in her diary — “Look at how a single candle can both defy and define the darkness.” I have found it has helped me in troubled times. Our hearts are with you.

  10. CandleImageOur family has known Randy, and his wonderful parents, since he was about 8 years old. Although I haven’t seen you all in about 20 years, you have remained near and dear in my heart. I’ll never forget that little rapscallion and his antics, like the time he tied a tennis ball to a string on our loft and waited til I walked underneath! It luckily was a swing and miss. So many happy memories of sleepovers, camping trips and even a vacation. Thank you for sharing, and entrusting us with him, Brenda and Glen. He brought so much joy to our family. Our sincere condolences to all of you.

  11. CandleImageMy thoughts and prayers are with you and your family . Just know I’m always thinking of you all . I pray God gives you the strength to get through this hard time. Much love, Lori
