Charles "Charlie" William Brooks

Charles “Charlie” William Brooks, 61, passed away on Aug. 14, 2026. He is survived by his cousins, Dianne Anderson, Debbie Anderson, and Desi Anderson. Preceded in death by his parents.

Charlie was born to Francis and William Brooks on Aug. 20, 1964, in Pueblo, Colo. He co-owned the Oxford Bar and Grill for 8 years with his dad.

Charlie loved to garden and made it a point to go to Sturgis every year.
