Martin Medina Vasquez, 84, passed away on March 26, 2026. Survived by his wife, Rosalind Vasquez; son, George (Karen) Vasquez; daughter, Andrea Vasquez (Angel) Madrid; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Sierra, Phoenix and Dakota Madrid, and Anaya and Zeta Vasquez; siblings, Sister Andrea Vasquez, Richard (Janine) Vasquez, and Arthur Vasquez; and numerous cousins and relatives.

Preceded in death by his parents, Martin Vela Vasquez and Esperanza Medina Vasquez

Martin was born on Oct. 25 ,1941, in La Junta, Colo. and retired from the railroad. He enjoyed spending time with his wife of 58 years, working in his yard, and spending time with family and friends at San Isabel.

Martin was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a member of the Eagles.
