Julie Diane Bowers
July 16, 1970 – January 9, 2026
Julie Diane Bowers, age 55, was taken by our Lord on January 9, 2026, while she resided in
Pueblo Colorado. She was born in Hayward, California to her father, Donald Archuletta, age 79 and
her mother, Linda Archuletta, who preceded her in death at age 63. She was raised in San Jose
California where she would settle down alongside her loving husband of 32 years, Mark Bowers,
age 55. They would then go on to have three kids, Austin Bowers, age 29, Jacob Bowers, age
25, and Ashley Bowers, age 22. Julie was such a light when the world was dim. She was such a
loving mother and wife. Julie was so full of life, and loved to live every moment to its absolute
fullest. She was able to befriend anyone and everyone with her bubbly personality, and heart of
gold. She truly was a social butterfly, which was so fitting due to her love and gravitation towards
butterflies. She cared about the small things, and was able to maintain strong relationships with
people all throughout her life. Julie loved keeping traditions alive in the family, and did
everything to do so. From celebrating, and decorating for every holiday, to playing games every
family visit, holiday baking, and dinners, she did it all. She was so kind to anyone who crossed
her path, and she adored her family. Julie appreciated the small things in life, and found the
beauty in things when at times it was hard to find. Nothing got in her way, nor did she let
anything stop her from accomplishing her goals. Julie was the most supportive mom to her
children, and wanted them to do anything that made them happy, while she was their biggest
cheerleader throughout their journeys. All she wanted for anyone was happiness and to follow
their heart. The world will forever always have a void without her, but that won’t stop her from
continuing to live in our hearts. She’ll always be there cheering you on, alongside her own mom
who she dearly missed. Julie’s spirit will never fade, and only will keep people pushing to do
better. We all need to live life a little more like Julie did. Even she would say,
“life is too short, so go for it.” Just know every time you see a butterfly, that’s Julie saying hello, and checking in. Her
love will never diminish, it will only grow stronger as time goes on. We will forever miss you Jules.
