Brenda Kay Shepard, 77, passed away on December 26, 2025, in Pueblo, Colorado. She is survived by her husband, Morris Shepard; son, Tim (T.J.) Welch, (John Archuleta); 3 grandchildren, Seressa, Crystal and Alex Welch (Cassie); 4 great-grandchildren; also survived by brother, Geral Adams of Colorado Springs; brother-in-law, Bill and Carol Shepherd of New Hampshire; neice, Jerri Rae Salamon (Pat) and their sons, P.J. and Taylor; sister-in-law, Charlotte Robinson (Arnold) of Canon City; niece, Shannon (Pat Reid) of Canon City; sister-in-law, Sue Nisbet of Oregon; and family and friends, Gary and Karen Amella, Karen Micheli and Lorraine Archuleta. Preceded in death by her son, Bryan Welch. Private inurnment has taken place at Mountain View Cemetery Columbarium.

Tammy, I’ll have to ask Morris if he knows where the necklace and earrings are. He showed me some of the jewelry she had left and I don’t remember seeing anything like that. I wanted to find my mom’s Mother’s day ring that had Bryan’s, mom’s and my birthstone and it wasn’t there. Morris told me that at the end, she started hiding jewelry in pockets in her wardrobe. I will ask him later if he found what you are asking about.
