Ralph W. Taylor, 87, passed away on Nov. 15, 2023. Survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Madlyn Taylor; children, Joe (Rachel) Taylor, Kathy (Mark) Higdon, and Karen (Ernie) Romero; grandchildren, Dan (Molly) Taylor, Meghan Taylor, Sarah (Scott) Taylor, Rose (Levi) Holte, Ernie Romero, Ashley (Will) Franklin, Matt Romero, and Mark Higdon; and great-grandchildren, Ernie Romero, Liam Franklin and Arthur Holte.
Preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Jennie Taylor; in-laws James and Katherine Ottino; brother, Athiel Taylor; and nephew, Tim Taylor. Ralph was born February 4, 1936, in Lansing, Mich. He was a nurse practitioner-APN, retiring from the Colorado State Hospital. His greatest enjoyment was his model trains and he was the President of the Pueblo Model Railroad Association. Ralph served in the Army, was an active member of his church, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
