Alma Lucille Doyle, 94, of Pueblo, Colo. passed away peacefully on March 20, 2023. Lucy was born in Ada, Okla. on January 11, 1929, to Robert Richard and Chloe (Williams) Klutts. She graduated with a GED and was a homemaker, coming to Pueblo in 1946 to work as a Contract Administrator at Colorado Fuel and Iron for five years.

She moved to Beulah, North Dakota, employed by Stearns-Roger, when upon retiring she cared for her mother in Lubbock, Texas. She was active as a Girl Scout Leader for over twenty years. Lucy, a talented photographer, took many pictures of barns and windmills for friends and family. She was also a sports photographer/writer at the Beulah Beacon, as well as an avid quilter, creating beautiful quilts for many decades.

Lucy is survived by her sons, Jim Doyle and Robert Doyle (Donna Stinchcomb); beloved granddaughters, Gina Fiorini and Alison (Anthony) Dobay; sisters, Virginia Foley and Linda (Charles) Somervill; special grandsons, Blake and Brandon Dobay; and numerous friends, in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband, Andy H. Doyle; brother, Robert Klutts; daughter, Doris June Doyle; and sister, Barbara Junker.

Thank you to the staff at Visiting Angels and Sangre de Cristo Hospice for their care during Lucy’s final years.
