Glen Arthur Proeschold

Glen A. Proeschold, 82, passed away May 17, 2018. Survived by wife, Ruth Proeschold; children, Holly (Gary) Millar of Colorado Springs, Darby (Tim) Miller of Parker and Scott (RaeJean) Proescholdbell of Durham, N.C.; siblings, Ron (Joan) Proeschold of California, Peggy (Arnie) Ellsbury of Iowa and Marlys (Jim) Blair of Arizona; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Bruce. Glen was born to Arthur and LaVerna Proeschold in Eagle Grove, Iowa on Nov. 28, 1935. He was a volunteer fireman in Colorado Springs during the 60s, sold insurance in the 70s and 80s, was a radio announcer and then became a producer/audio technician at KKTV and KRDO. Most recently, Glen volunteered at the Weisbrod Museum. Memorial service, 1 p.m. Monday, May 21, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 1802 Sheridan Rd. Private family interment.
