Velma Kathryn Labertew

Velma Kathryn Labertew, 99, passed away April 5, 2018. Survived by daughter, Becky (Steve) Flori; granddaughters, Erin Flori and Angela Herrera; great-grandchildren, Elaina and Cole Herrera; and siblings, Wayne Morris and Alene Karnes. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Labertew; and siblings, Weldon Morris, Bob Morris and Mildred Wofford. Velma was born to Josie Belle and Jim Morris on Oct. 11, 1918, in Ramah, Colo. She received her nursing degree at Bethel College and became Director of Nursing at Parkview Hospital. Velma enjoyed traveling, bowling and playing cards. Cremation, Montgomery & Steward Crematorium.
