Ronald Martin Conley, 76, passed away Sept. 30, 2017. Survived children, Michael (Ronda) Conley; Dawn (Jeff) Turrieta and Dutch (Kirsten) Conley; step-grandson, Allen (Julie) Grieve; brothers, Ray Conley, Garry Conley, Earnest (Kathy) Conley and David (Donna) Conley; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and step-children. Preceded in death by parents; and nephews, Gary Conley, Jr. and Scott Conley. Ron was born to Leslie Sylvester Conley and Erma Maxine Hermes on Oct. 7, 1940, in Syracuse, Kan. He retired as Assistant Chief of the Pueblo Rural Fire Department and also from M&S Trucking in 2015. Ron enjoyed his goats, fishing, the Rockies, the Broncos, horses and his dog, Jolly. He especially enjoyed his time with friends at the Loaf n' Jug on 36th lane. We love you Cookie Monster! Viewing, 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday and funeral service, 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 6, both in the Montgomery & Steward Chapel. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery.
