Dear Liz & Family,
Bill was a very kind Person, He loved his family very much, Bill “lit up” every time he talked about his wife Liz. Bill was just nice to everyone he met. God needed this Wonderful Soul in Heaven.

Billy, you will hold a special place in my heart. You made me laugh even when you were a small boy. I always looked forward to seeing you when Aunt Myrtle and Uncle Willie came out. May God give your family the strength and comfort they need for this time.😘
Prayers for all his family during this terrible time!
Our deepest condolences to the entire Toler Family and all of Billy’s many friends.
The times I had the pleasure to met him through his sister , my friend Lydia, were funny for sure.
A funny Bill memory…. Picture it … his sister, lydia‘s wedding to her loving husband, Philip. The church is filled with people ..I as lydia‘s maid of honor, sneak her in the back door to head to the ladies room for final prepping.. as we approach the door Billy steps in and says sorry ladies bathroom is out of order, 😳lydia and I look at one another in panic, almost fell out then we look at Billy. He starts cracking up …just kidding 😛
I will always remember that with laughter and I am certain there are countless memories for the family to hold dear, and remember Billy. RIP🙏
My sweet but crazy brother, Billy . You will always be loved, you will always be remembered and thought of with lots of memories of our years together in Pensacola. Growing up in a Christian home, as a preachers kid, an Army veteran and funny mother, was so much fun and we received so much love and blessings in our families and our lives. I was always so proud of your service in the Air Force. Dad & Mom didn’t like that you left, nor I, but very proud of why & where you went. You wanted to serve. Finding your place to call Home in CO was a place that made you very happy. Lots and lots of friends that turned into Family. I love them all. I will miss you always.
Rest easy, dear friend! We will miss you!
Marie and Paul
