Sunrise: July 6, 1972 – Sunset: August 18, 2024
Steve Fulton, 52, passed away peacefully in his home on August 18, 2024, surrounded by love after a courageous 4-year battle with cancer. His journey was marked by strength and resilience. No words can adequately convey the many lives Steve touched or the countless friends he made throughout his lifetime. The legacy that Steve leaves behind will resonate in our hearts and memories, reminding us of the importance of love, friendship, and living life to the fullest.
Steve cherished every moment with his daughter Brooke, sharing the same love for adventure and adrenaline. The memories of RZR adventures in Taylor Lake, summer evenings cruising Ellie or the countless games of liar poker is a testament to the deep bond between Steve and his “baby girl.” He was so proud of her and will forever “love you more baby girl!”
Steve lived an exciting life. Whether you met him at one of his Supercross Races, during his win as the 2001 Jet ski World Champion, on the golf course, or during his time with Fulton’s Used Cars, his friendship left a lasting impression. Packed into his quiet demeanor was a charismatic soul that was anything but quiet. Steve was always up for an adventure and spent his retirement creating lasting memories with his family and friends, attending concerts, camping, and traveling to beautiful destinations such as Costa Rica, Key West, and Alaska.
Left behind to cherish Steve’s memories are his wife, Mindy Fulton; daughter, Brooke Fulton; mother, Darlene Fulton; and siblings, Jim Fulton and Jennifer Hackworth; Aunt and Uncle, Connie and Ronnie Kendall, along with so many other family members to include nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Preceding him in death was his father, Ted Fulton (2002) and his grandparents, Don Fulton (2014), Roseanna Fulton (2016) and George Pritza (2014).
A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27th at Praise Assembly of God, 2000 Troy Ave, Pueblo, CO 81001. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you bring a card sharing your favorite memory or story with Steve. Pictures are welcomed!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and may God continue to give you the strength, dignity, grace and courage to get through the days and weeks ahead.
I am terribly saddened that such an amazing light and soul has left this earth and I will always cherish my friendship with Steve. He never failed to look out for me in the times when I needed a friend. Or a deal on a car. He left a lasting impression on my life as he did so many others.
