Born in: Pueblo, Colorado
Resided in: Pueblo, Colorado

Michelle Rene Flesher, 63, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully, on June 22, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Roberta Cline, and her cherished daughter, Ashley, whom she held close in her heart every day.

From a young age, Michelle possessed an incredible work ethic. In 1989, she began a thirty-year career with the State of Colorado Judicial Department where she excelled in every position that she obtained, after a time becoming the jury commissioner for the 10th Judicial District in Pueblo County. Later in her career, when circumstances beyond her control required a move to a different judicial district, she, again, worked extremely hard and, eventually, became the jury commissioner for the 4th Judicial District in El Paso County. She took tremendous pride in her work and the important role she played as a jury commissioner in both judicial districts, where she was known for her integrity, fairness, and commitment to the judicial system. As jury commissioner she was oftentimes the face of the judicial system and the individual that gave the first impression of the judicial system to citizens called in for jury duty. She always did her job with patience, care and respect and will be remembered for her skill, kindness, compassion, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.

Michelle was a loving wife, mother, sister, family member, colleague, and friend. Above all else, Michelle was a devoted mother who made her children the center of her life. Her greatest joy came from watching her children grow, celebrating their successes and standing beside them through life’s challenges. The love she shared with her family was steadfast and unconditional, and that love will continue to be felt by those whose lives she touched.

Michelle found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved 80’s hair bands, especially, Bon Jovi, never missing a chance to turn up her favorite songs and enjoy the moment. She was also an avid Broncos fan, rarely missing a game and always providing a commentary on the ins and outs of the game and, of course, the officiating. Christmas was her favorite time of year, bringing out her generous spirit and love of family. She truly loved decorating for the holiday and had the knack for making everything look like a picture postcard —it was always perfect.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing she is reunited with her daughter, Ashley. Her love, wisdom, and spirit will remain with us always. Michelle’s family will forever cherish the memories they shared with her and will continue to honor her life through the love she inspired in others.

  19. CandleImageTom, Rachel, & Makayla:

I am broken hearted to hear such horrible news of Michelle passing. She was a positive light with a fun flair that brought laughter and stimulating conversations. She is a true rocker, and had the most generous soul of them all with impeccable taste. I will forever be in shock, but it is comforting to know she is with her daughter, Ashley.

My prayers are with you all.

Thank you, Mrs. Flesher, for your love, friendship, and support. Love you forever!

  20. CandleImageTom and family,
I am so deeply sorry. This is a beautiful tribute to Michelle. She never failed to make me belly laugh at her stories and antics. She was always kind, helpful, positive and just so darn funny. I will miss her emails, friendship, and phone calls. I love you my friend! Enjoy your dances with Ashley and make those Broncos play correctly, please!!

  21. CandleImageTom and family. I loved Michelle so much. We would often laugh about how we were soul sisters. The write up is beautiful and heartfelt. I hope you can find peace knowing she is with God and Ashley. I miss her so much. I miss her emails each day, her humor and her dedication to her work and most of all to her family. She was a spitfire with a heart of gold.
Funny story: we would laugh so hard thinking of Michelle going to our admin office and our administrator hiding under his desk when he saw her coming. I told this story to our administrator and he responded with “Michelle’s story was not untrue!” I will forever cherish this and many other memories of a beautiful woman who has touched so many hearts. I love you my friend! Forever in my heart.
