  2. I am so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing…..I knew him from the Pueblo Heritage Center.
He was such a good and caring man. He will be missed.

  3. Dear Jo-Ann and family,

We were saddened to learn of Frank’s passing. We enjoyed having you both as neighbors, and I especially appreciated Frank coming to the library and sharing his knowledge about Ft. Reynolds. He was such a nice person, and will be missed. I remember when he bought all of Zach’s school chocolate bars one time when Zach was little, and how happy and surprised he was.

Wishing you and his loved ones comfort as you go through these days and weeks.
    We’re thinking of you.

    Sincerely,
    Sandy, Ray, and Zach Lay
