Carl Wayne Alcon, 60, passed away July 23, 2024. Survived by his mother, Delores Herrera; and siblings, Sandy (Martin) Lopez, Kathy (Frank) Rodriguez, Liz Alcon, and Carol Alcon. Also survived by uncle, Manuel (Alice) Ortega; numerous nieces and nephews, including Daniel Chavez, Gaylene Torres, Nicole Alcon and Nash Leyba; great-nephew and great-nieces, Daniel Chavez Jr., Santana Gallegos and Elianna Chavez; and great-great nephew, Zaiden Chavez.
Preceded in death by his father, Antonio Herrera; brother, Jeff Alcon; grandmother, Lucy Grant; grandpa, Lloyd Ortega; uncles, Rick Ortega, Daniel Ortega and Mike Ortega.
Carl was an electronics technician for Wintronics. He enjoyed teaching music, playing the guitar and playing in the band. He also enjoyed video games.
Private family services were held.
