Alan Dean Teck
Born June 19, 1937, to John & Chloie Teck.
Alan graduated from Central High School in 1955. After graduating from the University
of Denver in 1963, he joined the United States Air Force, serving four years in the
Strategic Air Command.
After leaving the Air force, he worked for National Cash Register marketing computers.
He left that job when he returned to Pueblo and went to work for the Missouri Pacific
Railroad, now the Union Pacific from which he retired in 2000.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffery Teck and Dean Turner; his brother, Ron; and sister,
Barbara Ketcham. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and twin sister,
Alene. His niece Brenda and great-niece Amber and good friends Richard and Rick
were very instrumental in his care during his last couple of years of life.
There will be no service.
Alan and I met when he came into Jones Healy Real Estate office looking for RE help.
I assisted him with the purchase of getting into his current condo.
He continued to come to our many after hours events.
He is a real character!! He will be missed.
Alan and I were good friends and buddies in high school. Dick Baker
Uncle Alan! You are a serious character in my life! Thank you for letting me p in your ool. What fun memories of you and your wonderful family. I love the whole gang ❤️💕❤️
Alan was my brother of 77 years and I loved him. He was, fundamentally, a very generous person and his dry wit and “grouchiness” will be missed at the Southwest Grill.
Love you Bro, RIP, the pain is gone.
Ron
Rest in peace uncle Alan. Thank you Ronnie, Brenda and Amber for taking such good care of him🥰
